Open Question: My baby hates formula now?

My daughter is 7 months old and she hates formula. She will drink juice and water and be as happy as a clam but when I try and give her formula she throws a fit and refuses to drink. She will take a few sips I guess to see if it has turned into juice or something else but once she tastes the formula it's back to throwing a fit. Would it hurt to try 1 or 2% milk with her?
